Welcome to Tiling City. By accessing our website, B2B partner directory, or hiring our crews for installation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Tiling City provides professional tile and natural stone installation services for residential and commercial commissions in Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Toronto, and the GTA. Material estimates are subject to supplier showroom availability (Olympia, Centura, Ciot, etc.). All craftsmanship is carried out by certified master crews according to Terrazzo Tile & Marble Association of Canada (TTMAC) guidelines.

2. Pricing and Material Discounts

Any stated discount of up to 35% on premium materials reflects our exclusive contractor wholesale pricing, passed directly to the client with zero markup. Final material prices are governed by the respective partner showrooms and are confirmed at the time of purchase. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our work with two technical guarantees:

• 10-Year Written Craftsmanship Warranty: Covers structural failure, tile debonding, or cracking resulting from installation error.
• Lifetime Waterproofing Guarantee: Valid on fully custom shower systems prep-linked with certified Schluter® membranes.

4. Subcontractor and CRM Portal

The B2B contractor directory portal (`/contractors`) is provided for outreach and coordination with partner trades. Users are responsible for preserving their local outreach status updates, notes, and CRM records. We do not guarantee the response rates or performance of registered external contractors.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tiling City is fully compliant with WSIB Ontario and carries $5,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance. We are not liable for delays, damage, or substrate issues arising from prior structural defects or third-party trades not coordinated by our project directors.
