    Material & design

    We help you choose tile, stone, layout and trim. Showroom partners across the GTA — or work from samples you already have.

    Substrate & waterproofing

    The part you'll never see, but it's everything. Backerboard, levelling, membranes, drains — done by code, no shortcuts.

  4. 04

    Installation

    Mir is on every job, every day. Cuts are done in-house, levels checked tile-by-tile, grout lines kept consistent edge to edge.

  5. 05

    Walk-through & warranty

    Final clean, walk-through, sealing if required. You get a written workmanship warranty before we leave the door.

About the founder

Meet Mir — master tilesetter

Mir founded Tiling City to bring back something the trade has been losing: time on the tile. Every job is owner-installed, which means the person quoting your project is the same person laying the last piece of stone.

Marble and natural stone are his specialty. Calacatta, Carrara, onyx, travertine — the stones that punish shortcuts. The work is meticulous, the materials are honest, and the finish lasts.
